FitSpot.io is a SaaS platform purpose-built for personal trainers and fitness studios. It combines client management (CRM), scheduling, AI-powered workout plan building, progress tracking, and analytics in a single product — designed to save trainers hours of admin work every week.

The Challenge

Independent personal trainers and small fitness studios relied on a patchwork of disconnected tools — Excel for workout plans, paper notebooks for client notes, Google Calendar for scheduling, and WhatsApp for communication. This fragmented workflow led to missed sessions, lost client data, and hours wasted on admin instead of coaching.

The client needed a modern, mobile-friendly platform that could consolidate all of these workflows into one intuitive product — with the ability to scale from a single trainer to multi-location studios.

Our Solution

We designed, built, and launched the full SaaS product from scratch — covering architecture, UI/UX, backend, AI features, payments, and deployment.

• Multi-language Support — Full internationalization (Polish and English) with localized content and date formatting.
